Booking information (via Calendly).When you schedule a meeting through our website, you interact directly with Calendly's booking system. Calendly may collect your name, email address, and calendar availability. That data is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy — Forja receives only the information needed to prepare for and conduct the meeting.

Direct email communications. If you email us at hello@forjapartners.com or privacy@forjapartners.com, we receive and retain that correspondence for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and maintaining a record of the business relationship.

Aggregate website analytics (via Cloudflare Web Analytics). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It provides only aggregate, anonymized metrics: page views, visit counts, and referrer sources.

• –Contact form submissions — our site has no contact form.
• –Tracking pixels or ad retargeting scripts of any kind.
• –Cookies — we set no cookies on your device.
• –Cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the business purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Booking records and email communications are kept for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Aggregate analytics data held by Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare's own retention policies.

If you are located in Mexico, you have rights under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). These are known as the derechos ARCO:

• Rectification:Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
